BB 91 SS 81, good, even though a bit short, plenty of REM RHR 44 Training status maintaining Training suggestion is something new: VO2 max 10x 2 min with equal recoveries; suggested pace 7:00 which is pretty much what I can do (see the 600s). Garmin thinks that I should be able to bring HR up to 180. In the actual session, I only got to 170. HR isn't very helpful for these short intervals. And I'd need to run much faster to get it up there.

BB 76 SS 94 excellent (agree, I had a good night, almost 8 hrs,ot unbroken though) HRV balanced RHR - usual low

Plan had 2 hrs today, but it’s rather windy and getting late so will do that tomorrow, probably an hour today but easy if I can unstick the sofa glue.

Training suggestIon rest, but as its my scheduled 'cross training day', I did a short session on the turbo trainer this morning and will do some weight training in a bit.

BB 100 (never had a 100 before) SS 75 Fair - not enough deep sleep.
RHR 46 back to normal. HRV high end of balanced.
Quite pleased with this. 😁

Body Battery is 48 now (was 90 before I went out for my run) Sleep Score 81 good RHR 45 Status - maintaining (still)
Training suggestion was recovering run for 32 minutes at 11:45/mi pace. I had my long run on my schedule though so did 12 miles averaging 10:38/mi instead.

Training suggestion 2 hr 25 min long run (recycled from Thurs) - should go do that, really but it’s getting late again *sighs*
