I'm in Recovery as load is low
RHR up a little but not a concern
BB got to 80 as I didn't sleep well
SS 76 Fair 34 mins awake, hardly any deep sleep mainly light sleep which I concur with!
HRV balanced (7 day average 74) but overnight was 69 which is low for me
Threshold was suggested - I did a hilly turbo session instead

I slept nearly 8 hours, the watch is happy with that, SS 94, excellent. BB up to 100
I'm recovering as expected, 44 hours to go. Training status is maintaining.

RHR down to 42 again
Suggestion is the watch's favourite: 44 minutes base

HRV balanced

RHR is up a few beats, will keep an eye
BB, charged on 49 points overnight to 60ans is now down to 42
Sleep, 5 hours 3 minutes (that’s an over estimation)
sS 60, fair

Suggests a rest day.

Interesting theme about sleep recording today. 51 score for me today so poor which would make some sense given I was already tired from the week of training but then did a late weights session (after a morning threshold session) to ensure today was easy as I'll be at track tomorrow. However it had me awake for a long period that I don't remember being awake for, must have been very restless.

I had a rubbish nights sleep so BB only charged 23 SS 51 poor.

HRV still balanced although my average overnight was only 30.

Might have a nap.

BB 95
RHR down

SS 87 Good
VHR 82 overnight Balanced 7 day average 75
suggested session Tempo with 4 x 8mins at 12.25 if I can stop myself laughing at the suggestion
I've done a session on the turbo which resulted in a suggestion of 24hr recovery but I will do a short run after work and maybe some strength work

BB up from 28 to 97
Sleep only 5:18 hours but still a decent score of 71 'even though you didn't sleep long enough, your body recharged well'
RHR down to 41, lowest in 2 months
Training status: recovery
Don't worry watch, I'm going to run twice today, that will go up
Suggestion: 3x 3x 15 sec sprints with 3 minutes walk recovery in between to address anaerobic shortage. Hmmm, sounds tempting to do that properly with 3 minutes walk recoveries and see what I get. 4:45 pace is not quite what I can do but maybe I'll get close to 5:00 pace. I'm going to take SPR's advice on board and do lead in runs at the end of the walk.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
