Today's suggested run brings some variety: I got 3x 3x15s sprints embedded in an easy run. Sounds good, I was going to do some strides in my easy run anyways but the pace is ridiculous. 4:45 m/m. I'm just going to do what I can, maybe about 5:45 on a good day.
Garmin was happy with my recovery at night, I got a sleep score of 86 and it said that my recovery run yesterday improved my sleep quality. Body battery at 89.

Training status: maintaining
Recommended run 45 min easy.
Body battery 99/100 My fitness age 58.5
Recommends I increase vigorous days to lower fitness age, then I am not sure why it tells me to do easy runs of 45 to 50 mins most days.

Mine tells me my fitness age is as low as it will go. Ah, well, Forever Fifty used to be the goal of women taking HRT.

Garmin connect told me today that I am 'sleeping like a champion'. Which is good because I can do sod all else 'like a champion'.

My fitness age is 33. That's -8 on my actual age. It's been that since I had that feature.
It also told me to introduce some speed after all the aerobic exercise I've done so that's why I got the strides today.

Status - unbalanced but now within usual range so one step closer to balanced Training readiness - moderate, take on the day Fitness age is 53, which is -5. Reducing my BMI will get it lower(I’ve seen 52) even though it says reached achievable age.
Now suggesting 86 minute ‘long run’ for today, despite complaining that I never do any high aerobic or anaerobic.
