Adding my resting heart rate and changing my zones has stopped all my running being dumped into high aerobic.

At the moment, my training load focus is distributed like this:
Anaerobic: 98
High aerobic: 893
Low aerobic: 3794

It's a bit difficult to see it on the watch what the optimal ranges would be, I'll check on the computer later.

Fragile Do Not Bend
I don’t get most of those stats on my watch, but I’ve noticed that strava is marking most of my runs lately as “lighter than your 3 week average” even a track session I did.

I’m not sure whether it’s telling me I’m getting fitter or whether I’ve been not trying hard enough 😅

I’m quite envious of your 86% battery Vrap mines never been in the 80’s.

My HRV is back to unbalanced.

My Garmin also states I was in a deep sleep whilst I was solving Wordle just after midnight.

Enjoy your racing Gobi.

tipsku - national cx champs and I'm on row 9 assuming 8 across. Battle will be to beat my grinding and not get lapped by the really good riders :-)

Race strong, Gobi luck

I did an unexpected long-for-me run today. My Garmin is expressing unqualified approval.

(And my body battery is rarely below the mid-90s in the morning. I think it's because I'm retired. I'll never know what the numbers would have been like when I was working, but I can't imagine them conveying the impression of utter serenity that they do now.)

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
