Oh training volume low - hrv balanced - still a day short of being fully recovered according to the watch. To be honest I felt pretty solid on the bike this morning.

after great numbers yesterday morning I foolishly ran after work
RHR back up

HRV down again but still in the balanced range
sleep score down too
I'm hoping the iffy nights sleep that I keep having of late is not going to become a thing!
I should be doing 75-107 mins of base training today
I didn't - I did 20 mins easy on turbo which I set up and used for the first time in 6+ months!

Oh it did amuse me that whilst on the turbo the "training effect" or whatever it's called that pops up within 5-10 mins came up as -14 which was impressive! I am assume is looking at my supposed cycling VO2 max and having not been on the bike since July this is err down!

Sleep, body battery, HRV all good. Training status "recovery". It's raining. I should do 48 minutes at 10:15mm pace today. Maybe I shall.

Garmin is finally happy with me - must be 2 or 3 days in a row now :-D
It also is insistent that I should be doing over an hour a day but has at least dropped the stupid fast stuff for now

I don't have all these fancy things on my Garmin, but it is suggesting I take three days recovery after a hilly 6 mile run...
Ok, I did over-cook the first climb, but even so.

I had lots of sleep but my HRV was down and my body battery only recharged to 84%. It's raining. I should do 48 minutes at 10.15mm.

Good morning. My Garmin is happy with my recovery, it says I'm almost fully recovered at 17 hours recovery time. I got 7:30 hours of sleep. Body battery went from 22 to 85. Suggested workout is rest though. I'm going to do a 5 mile recovery run later.

If I feel like it, I'll try parkrun tomorrow to make it happy. It's been telling me for weeks that I don't have enough high aerobic exercise.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
