So early to bed for a 5am start saw me get 6hrs of solid sleep - score of 81 !!!

All data is solid and I still need 48hrs recovery allegedly. Ran after my commute(125miles) this morning and can report I am still fatigued. :-)

I’d be very happy with a sleep score of 75 Pixie.

HRV still in balanced range.

Sleep score 68. Body battery 58.

Training still on maintaining.

I have lots of 40s and 50s recently even a 30!
so accumulated fatigue is probably a lot of the reason behind my feeling "off"

I am in fine health and should do 48 minutes of running at 10:30mm pace. I may actually do something like that.

Today. Mine suggested a threshold session to include 30 minutes at 8:15/mi pace, 50 minutes overall. 🤣😂

My Garmin was reasonable with a 37 minutes base run at 145 BPM. That was doable and felt good. Good idea for a change.
But I remember the crazy suggestions when it wanted me to do threshold or intervals. After a mesocycle of base/recovery training (4 weeks of no hard runs) it thought that I could run 39 minutes at threshold pace/HR. Not bloody likely. After no high intensity for a while, I would ease into threshold running with something like 4x 5 minutes with 2 minutes recovery.

Also, the sprint paces were nuts. 4:55! I wouldn't be stable at that pace, I don't have enough stability nor neuromuscular control to safely run sub 5 even if my leg muscles would let me go that fast. I'd need some extra conditioning for proper sprinting. Sub 6 feels okay, I've done that in strides but nothing faster than that at the moment.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
