12 months of sleep highest score is 80 and lowest is 60

Body battery has spent all this week telling me to get some sleep and this morning announced I could do anything :-0

It's easy Friday here so hopefully just ready in time for the weekend :-)

I slept very well for 10 hours and 15 minutes, my training is productive, my body battery is at 94, it's raining, and I should have a rest day.

Restless sleep, again, apparently. That’s 15 months of restless sleep 😉.

I tell a lie, sometimes it’s poor quality too.

Went to bed last night, training status was productive. Woke up, stopped being asleep when I told the garmin id stopped sleeping whilst making my coffee. Got told my training status was maintaining and I needed to throw in some harder runs/rides in order to see improvements. Did a long run, mainly in zone 2 but with a bit of drift, and it changed to productive.

My HRV is still unbalanced although it’s gone up another point to 32.

Training is showing as productive.

Didn’t look to see how much my battery said first thing but now after my run it’s on 40.

RHR still on 51.

Garmin was very happy with my sleep, I got a sleep score of 90, excellent. It also took a few hours off my recovery time. It still thinks I should take it easy today (4 mile recovery run planned).

RHR is down to 43. Training load dropped into normal range overnight so I'm out of the red zone.

Body battery fully charged, I don't get to 100% very often.

Maybe practising yoga before bedtime helped?

I'm peaking and should race before I lose it, and should do 87 minutes of base training. It didn't write very complimentary notes about my parkrun effort, but gave me back the point it deducted from my VO2max last month.

I’m now balanced again (just) on my HRV. My sleep score is 67 which is very good for me. Still productive in my training.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
