I got to the heady heights of 92 this morning but I am down to 39 already

I don't think my Garmin can tell that I'm eating.

I slept well, am in good fettle, and should run for one hour and eleven minutes at 10.15mm pace.

Fortunately, I don't have fancy bathroom scales that communicate with Garmins.

I'm also in recovery mode, says Garmin. I am almost fully recovered, body battery went up to 91. But it still thinks I should rest today because I slept 6 hours, checked the weather, didn't like it and decided to sleep another 2 hours after checking the radar and trader. So that was too interrupted for its taste. It doesn't know that I'm planning to run a 15 mile LR in the afternoon 😁 heading out in about an hour.

My Garmin suggested a "threshold" run 24 minutes @8:15/mi, 44 minutes in total. I can't run that fast! 🤷‍♀️ Did attempt a tempo session though.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
