Shred done with his nibs... altough I am not sure what he thinks! I think he'll do it again - is great just 20mins bingo!
I had to give up my light weights though.. be warned - a couple of cans of LIGHT soup are not heavy enough!! Although to be fair it did mean I could complete everything so mabey a good shout on a low energy day :)

Bennifer... I think this will deffo help with my speed.. it's the extra push in your leg muscles.. I was doing squats already post run and noted that had started to help

Bring it on! :-)

not managed today - worked all day and then did 2 hours at run club tonight signing up new members and taking the beginners out for their first run. I am knackered - feel like I have been talking non-stop for hours! beginners have lots of questions :-)

So Day 3 of The Shred - 8am, job done :-) My shoulders ache a lot and the press ups were a challenge! (I am only doing the girlie version, will endeavor to try proper ones tomorrow!) I won't be able to do it tomorrow morning as am getting up for a run at 6am and then need to be in work so I will have to try and do it in the afternoon after I have run and been to work - could be painful lol!

In a word today - press up's! LOL.. I seem able to start getting to grips with everything apart from these!

Was very chuffed that managed to get his nibs to do the DVD tonight again. I have aims for my morning mileage and cant fit in a run and the Shred althogh I have to say I think it is a blinding bit of home keep fit.. but I would like to do at least 4 shreds a week

Hope the poorly in the gang feel on the mend very soon.
I've come up in two big spoty lumps on my cheek - urgh - this means possible run down so I will have to keep a close eye on myself! Usually happens when I try and up training.. more sleep is required me thinks :-)
