Bennifer - I think you could try Level 2. I don't see much point doing it if it's "too easy". Similarly, although it suggests moving up a level after 10 days, if you're still finding that level challenging then I would say stick at the same level. I did it last year and moved up to Level 2 after 10 days but never quite achieved level 3!

I sometimes do level 1 and level 2 if I have the time ? I have just bought her 2 news ones that come as a set, will let you know how it goes. I also have the get rid of the problem areas and I think it is better than 30 day shred, really hard................

I was prob gonna look at the level 2 within the next few days - I am ok with the squats and lunges and cardio - but the abs stuff is killer!

Its the squats and lunges that get me everytime. Upper body strength isn't too bad although full press-ups are eluding me other than for the first 5 or so at the moment. New hand weights on order - 4kgs this time.
Have just done a run this lunchtime, so will shred when I get home (if the legs haven't given up by then!)

I cant do the sit up's.. bloody useless...LOL.. it already makes me larf that she and the stoodges have normally done 3 to my one, and I am doing the cheat knee version!
Abs... same here too.. useless at them, have done some half hearted affairs to date - a must try harder award for that for me!
Am hoping that his nibs keeps to his word and we do the DVD when I get home. Did a longer run this morning so no time before work, although it was so dark I felt like I was night running!
Gimme... GET WELL SOON.. I had a horrible horrible cold for 3 weeks before christmas, you have my every sympathy!

Shred done, post run this time. You're right it is just about do-able that way round but the last set of bicycle crunches resembled nothing on the DVD!
I'm doing the girly press ups too, I have a feeling an attempt at the full ones would result in a full on face plant.
Sorry to hear you have the lurgy GM and MeLAR. Hope you're feeling better again soon ((( ))) *at arms length; with a face mask*

I am impressed @ Incognito - BOTH levels?! Maybe I am not finding it 'easy' at all! I went for an amazing run after the Shred today - fastest 4 miles I have done for months! I have decided to stick with level one until Friday (Day 5) and then see how achey I am and probaby move to level 2 on Sat. The abs are not too much trouble and the Cardio is great but OMG my arms!!!!! I am not sure I will be able to lift my arms at all tomorrow!
