woo hoo - 3rd day done. and with all my squatting today my thighs are rock hard - how much do you reckon thats gonna hurt in the morning ;-)

will have the nurofen and litre of water by my bedside to glug when the alarm goes off

*fingers crossed my orhtotics arrive tomorrow

Its only a couple of hours since I completed day 3 and I'm struggling to sit down on the loo....my thighs just above my knee's are killing me :-0 Someone may have to roll me out of bed in the morn lol

Aahh, is that the secret, run first. I'll give that a bash next time, maybe a short one. I don't think it helped that today I was bug hunting and ended up covering far more miles than I intended.

MeLAR, you need some nice person to give you a massage, maybe with a bit of tiger balm. You'd have to wash it off before work mind, kinda pungent ;)

Legs not as bad as I thought they would be, the massage still sounds fun though ;-) Still coughing and sneezing and didn't sleep too well. Will see how I feel tonight as to whether I do day 4!

I've not done it for a few days. I've got a chesty cough and head cold which is fine when I'm running but I'm coughing my lungs up afterwards so struggling with this . Running is my priority so I'm continuing with that but Shred must wait until I'm feeling a bit better. Hope to be back at it next week.

Hello! I have just done Day 2 of The Shred (level 1 obv!) Wondering when I should move up to level 2? I am not struggling to do any part of level 1 but the upper body stuff makes my muscles shaky and achey!

don't think there is any hard and fast rule Bennifer, all to how the individual feels. I'm doing it with my neighbour and we have agreed to do 10 days at each level, but it will be a suck it a see exercise :-)
