Day 4 and this is getting easier. I'm glad I'm not the only one with burning shoulders! I got my weights from TK Maxx, soft 3lb ones after someone ate one of my beanbells! I think Sainsburys also has small kettlebell weights at half price at the moment. I think they'd be adaptable enough for level 1 but not sure about any further levels, i'm too cowardly to look!

I got my DVD Fri... last night we didnt get chance in the end and today due to a major lay in I was late out on my long run, but coming back was all geared to have a punt and see what it's all about and - D'oh!!! His nibs has kidnapped the TV to play on his new eggsbox?! Hmmppphhhhh in a Miss Piggy fashion!
So I will mark tomorrow as my first day... by hook or by crook!
I did a long run today and didn't think my legs would cope with the lunges so I'm missing it today but will be on the case again tomorrow. I tend to do it after my early morning run too FRU - gets it out of the way and only one sweaty session a day
