tescos/asda sell wee hand weights or look in Argos - I was using tins of pineapple - but they werent heavy enough - so might try something else

Argos is a good idea. I have some 2kg weights, but they don't do much, so think I'll have to go a little less girlie ;-)

Day 4 and this is getting easier. I'm glad I'm not the only one with burning shoulders! I got my weights from TK Maxx, soft 3lb ones after someone ate one of my beanbells! I think Sainsburys also has small kettlebell weights at half price at the moment. I think they'd be adaptable enough for level 1 but not sure about any further levels, i'm too cowardly to look!

For anyone wanting to get started but with no DVD yet the first level is on youtube posted by BeFit and about 27mins long:

I got my DVD Fri... last night we didnt get chance in the end and today due to a major lay in I was late out on my long run, but coming back was all geared to have a punt and see what it's all about and - D'oh!!! His nibs has kidnapped the TV to play on his new eggsbox?! Hmmppphhhhh in a Miss Piggy fashion!

So I will mark tomorrow as my first day... by hook or by crook!

Go FRU! Just remember to run first otherwise it may hurt a bit.

Just finished today's session:-). Am sure I look better round the waist already.

Good news Treacle!

I think I will start adding it as a cool down LOL!! (What am I saying!) so allow extra time in my week mornings to run and then do this

How'd your runs go this week? I bet that feels amazing getting back out there?

I did a long run today and didn't think my legs would cope with the lunges so I'm missing it today but will be on the case again tomorrow. I tend to do it after my early morning run too FRU - gets it out of the way and only one sweaty session a day ;-)

Ive missed out on todays shred as well . Been out for a wee run and feel thats enough today. Back to it tomorrow .
