God, I'm useless!! Was going to run last night but was pouring with rain when I got home, and treadie is on the blink. So was going to Shred, but son's gf was round and I didn't want to embarass myself (or her!), so wimped out. Let's try again tonight - run or shred, one of these will be happening tonigh

I gave Shred a miss this morning. I got up at 5am and went out for a 3 mile run - ended up doing 5 miles to get rid of bugs and decided I'd done aerobic and strength training with the wind resistance! No run tomorrow so I'll get up early to do Shred.

Hiya ive just done day 4 and I think it is getting easier . Can really feel it in my shoulders though when doing the weights out to the front.
How is everyone else getting on with it? Does anyone feel they are ready to go onto 2nd section yet.? I might have a look at it over the weekend.

I am still sat at my desk daily drumming my fingers waiting on the special package! Got an email from Amazonia that says delivery Sat 7th! Arrghhh - so that'll be me getting mine some time on Monday.. I am so behind! Although last year I did start a mini weights and squats routine after each run which I think has helped - but after braving fat club tonight I feel ready for shred! Hurry post man!

hello everyone!!!
My legs STILL hurt from doing this 3 days ago!! Definitely think it will work though, and great for when I can't get to the gym. Not been brave enough to attempt it each day yet:-) Think I need some heavier weights though as it didn't do much for my arms. Any ideas for where to acquire?
