My tummy distracts me doing the skipping jumps.... wobbling in a most cartoon jelly like manner.

Day 2 done. I did a 6.6 mile run in the wind before hand so took it steady on the aerobic sections. The lunges hurt but the abs were better today. It's the stretches at the end I find hardest lol

Same here GM! I was fine with all the rest but the "cooldown" was a killer.

Yay! day one done! Thank you Youtube and a spare couple of cans of beans. That last set of crunches was a killer mind. I did it after a short run, I think it may have to be postponed on longer run days! Looking forward to getting my DVD through now, it'll be easier to see on TV than on a laptop screen!

Thats day 2 completed does it get any easier? I suppose its not ment to be easy or it wouldnt work would it?

I like it when she says 'pain is fear leaving the body' .....

Still the last section of abs is a killer and also finding the cardio sections hard which I thought I would be better at.

Well done Kaiser! I'm guessing when it gets easier you go onto level :-) never got that far in the past. I tend to give up doing things on my own. You are all really helping with the support and accountability.

I agree with you TT - having to log on here and say "I didn't do it today" would be quite tough when everyone else is showing such determination. So it will be a good excuse when I can't do it, not just CBAs.

day 2 done, 25min core done with my wii fitness trainer. I have to say I could feel it in my arms today. Its rather novel trying to do these exercises with an inquisitive puppy in the room - 'I'll pass my ball throw it to me' as I lie on the darn thing doing my very slow crunches..... or I think you're in pain mam have a furry kiss.... honesty what a menace ;)
