I like your attitude TT having watched level, that may well be as far as I get too. I'm not starting level 2 until level 1 starts to feel a bit easy.........that could be next Christmas!

trust me, you will really feel it. She is a tough task master! In an ideal world I'd say a month of each level but that seems a bit too much to commit to.

Day 1 done
She makes me laugh saying that necks aren't invited to this party in the abs section. I just used 1kg weights to start off.

I think I'll be using a tin of tuna instead of weights. Even baked beans seem a bit advanced for me atm

I'm so glad I went for my run first because I don't think I'm capable now The skipping killed my calves. I struggled to get back up off the floor at some points lol. Thank goodness it's only 20 minutes and I've only got another 29 days to go I might be sticking with level 1 throughout......
I've taken my measurements so I can evaluate the results.
