A new year and new me lol. I don't usually do core or strength work so have bought the 30 Day Shred DVD with the intention of starting on 2nd January and ending on 31st January. Is anyone else up for the challenge?
Don't have 30 day Shred DVD but need to increase my core/strength training so will kind of join in if that's not bending rules too much. And good luck x
I won't join you on the 30 day shred, I've done that before, but I've just ordered the killer buns and thighs DVD by Jillian Michaels. Looks quite hard
