A Spicey in an Apple tree
Would there be a way of joining for those of us who've never watched Shrek and don't like Kellogs Shreddies?
I could, of course, just come up with some core exercises by myself, but I doubt that without something like a DVD/book to keep me going, I'll keep at it for much longer than a few days... Basically, I need a lazy-a*se-proof method...

I think you need a copy of the DVD - or another exercise DVD would do - or make up your own; just something you commit to doing for 30 days, Spicey

I know some exercises I could (should!) do, but I doubt if I would have the self-discipline to keep it going...
Good on you for doing the challenge though!

I like Roobarb and have porridge for breakfast. I don't think I'd be any good at this.

I've enjoyed watching the video on the last page. I could probably happily watch that sort of thing for a lot more than 30 days. Does that count?
