Well done!
I did day 6 this afternoon which was all glutes so lunges, Bulgarian lunges. I have developed a sore right knee and it really aggravated it so I switched and did lots of squats instead with some single leg squats on left leg - figuring I need to build that one up more ahead of my op.
Knee feels a bit better tonight I did yoga and we had lots of stretches/recovery for running so hoping it helped.

I like doing iron on a Monday because I have Pilates class on Monday evening and love all the stretching out as the DOMS from iron start to creep in. So I’m sure your yoga and stretching would be great.

Still got it done Red Squirrel, well done! And to Elsie as well.
Just done day 5, arms and abs. Not sure that was the best one after a hard swim this morning but all I've got to do at work tomorrow is listen to a pitch from a potential new supplier, so it won't matter if I can't move my arms

I did like the one-armed shoulder press though. That was new to me. I like those sort of exercises. Military press is my favourite exercise.
