Good job Linds! I channelled your 'challenge myself' comment above for this evening's day 17 and tried a heavier weight for a couple of the exercises. Hopefully my arms will work in the morning

Oh well done you! (I MUST do mine or a week will have gone by) The abs section is hard - the non stopness, esp when you are trying to remember or see what's next. Good sense of satisfaction on finishing the workout though, yeah?

Day 6 done. Balance an issue and my knees hurt in most of it (squats and lunges)

I'm giving the 24 days of advent from youtube a go, starting Sunday. They seem to be quite short only 20min.

I’ve finally managed to get some weights after moving house. So next door neighbour has 4s and 5s. She is struggling with an old arm injury, so I got some 1s, 2s and 3s at Argos (new stock in). We’re gonna work out together in my “snug”. I’m going to buy a tele in the next couple of weeks, so we’ll be squinting at an ipad until then. Bring it on!
