Prep week this week with the next wave starting Monday
Recipes out today

I already know I won't be 100% for the first couple of weeks as I have my A race next Sunday and the in-laws are visiting in week 2

Kettlebells ordered and ready for collection!

Worse case this is my winter strength work kickstart but hopefully some weight will also go too

😆Thanks EP.

I did May signature wave, and have just started Sept Signature. Got great results first time round - taken several minutes off my parkrun time, and dropped 2-3 dress sizes. I maintained fitness over the summer despite not sticking to eating plan, so hoping that some of the changes in thinking/eating are long term.

I also did May signature
I found it hard to maintain the food when not on plan so the same as you
I've regained 4ish lbs

we need to work out what the "magic" is!!
I have no issues with the food itself but little things like .... we always have a roast dinner every week which is so not on plan!! and I missed a proper cup of tea several times a day - not bothered about the caffeine I just like tea only not black!
so need to think about post wave again

Oh and yeah I found it hard to keep up with the dailes as they increased!
Sculpt doesn't have them by the looks of things
Mathschick has done sculpt twice now - there is abs which she added to the session when she did the kettlebells
apparently it's 1 challenge 3 times a week and 3 lots of abs a week so easy to combine

Day 1 week 1 challenge 1!
Taking it easy this week due to Chester but nice routine I which I can see being used again, which is part of my reason for doing this wave to get new routines/ideas

Good luck EP.

I had a day with friends at the weekend, so not on plan, and have managed challenges but not dailies so far. It's quite nice being able to see the obvious improvement from last time I did the challenges, video is quite exposing isn't it!

I hate the video bit and it's time consuming and I just want to get it done and go!!

I know the first couple of weeks will be interesting food wise but it is what it is and it's progress not perfection!

I finished a wave in July and know a few fetchies have done this.

I’m going to sign up for Sculpt in October so wondered if a thread for SPR chat would be good. (Note note SPR the fetchie!)
