Thanks Ness. It was an absolute livesaver through the lockdowns and just generally while I was unable to run much/at all. I think the variety that it allows in my training is really helping me get back to running too now.

That's quite the set up you've got there Nellers! I need to start looking to slim down the amount of stuff that's currently in the garage before I try moving any gym kit in there as it'll just end up being frustrating and not getting used. Sadly that may mean getting rid of some of the bikes/bike parts/other stuff that's in there and that won't be the easiest of tasks. |

I think thats key. The main thing is to make your home gym as easy as possible to use because until you've established good habits and routines any excuse to sack it off will be enough (at least it is for me!). Once you're in a routine of using the gym and doing workouts regularly it becomes more a case of just going with the flow but if you've got to shift junk, move kit, generally faff about before you can start, you just won't start. |
