Shed gyms - Any experience?

Then you can sit in the shed pretending to keep fit and play Call of Duty. I think he lost 1kg in about 5 years. His wife seemed happy with the arrangement.

Since the original plans I mentioned above the shed got built, has electricity and lights and a token gesture heater. It got a treadmill, rowing machine, weights and a heavy bag for punching and kicking for my son. I use it pretty much every day. Best investment I’ve ever made I think, especially with COVID and lockdown and everything. It’s kept me (almost) sane.
