Good idea EvilPixie , I'm signed up for Sculpt in September having had success with the May Signature wave, but still a little way to go to desired weight / shape!

I am doing October as I have a race in October so September will be long runs I too have a lot more to lose but mathschick said that if you just want to "tone" then they increase your protein so for the likes of us we would be the same food as signature (I too was the May wave!!) |

normal food no caffeine alcohol cakes/biscuits/crisps/snacks full fat Greek yoghurt no pork beef lamb but all other meat fish and plat based protein ok you can have 3 snacks and 3 meals a day or 2 snacks 2 meal replacement shakes (they do them but you can use another brand if it fits their criteria for protein) and 2 meals or 3 snacks 2 shakes 1 meal whichever you do 1 snack 1hr before bed and they recommend eating snack 30 mins before training (or 1hr for MR shake) (think that's right! I stuck to 2:2:2 for ease!) post workout shake after training sessions (max 1 a day) no calorie counting just portion size based on hand or tablespoon |
