Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

What is wrong with beef? Or lean pork/lamb? Sounds very odd, but wandering what the logic is.

Maybe it's a low fat diet, or low sat fat diet... except for the yogurt.

Can’t have low fat and low carb, surely?

Thanks for the info, Pix - that’s enough to put me off spending money on the programme, needs to be something I can work with feeding the family (even though they need to lose more than I do that’s their choice, not mine) and that isn’t

Low carb / high protein diets seem to be a bit vague about fat from what I can see. As compared to keto, high fat / low carb diets which are sometimes a bit vague about protein.

Intermittent fasting / low carb / high fat is working for me at the moment. Not aiming for permanent ketosis though.

Apologies if this is a thread hijack.

fab UC - which plan and when?

Ultimately it's up to you as to how strict you are
for example I did have pork loin one weekend - but when I did it we also had the supper hot bit so salad was eaten all day every day anyway!!

Will see how it goes but just want to feel fitter and I will need to treat hypos and low blood sugars as I normally do. Will start with the first program as recommended.

I hope you enjoy it and get out of it what you need.
Scott is very positive about the effects of the diet!
I know that my garmin is showing different values since I have lapsed a bit even though my fitness is the same/better

Have just joined the October wave for Sculpt - early bird discount runs out Wednesday if anyone else is interested

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
I finished a wave in July and know a few fetchies have done this.

I’m going to sign up for Sculpt in October so wondered if a thread for SPR chat would be good. (Note note SPR the fetchie!)

Anyone else ?
