Right,

I'm in, but a bit behind, just ordered a copy and really hoping this gives me the kick up the arse I need. I am truly shocking at doing anything even loosely resembling core work! I'm hoping its do-able in a relatively long thin living room, or am i gonna need a crash course in fixing furniture and plastering? ;)

Thats me done day 1 , which I normally manage about a week of then I give up hope to get to the end of the month and see a difference. Im gonna also take my measurements and see what the difference is by the end.

You only need a small space to do this in as long as you can lie down on the floor and have enough room to do star jumps then you should be fine.

Cheers Kaiser, I can find room for that. I'll have to remember to kick the dogs out though, nothing like a well aimed mongrel to distract from floor based exercises! I'm looking forward to this in a massochistic kind of way!
