Up at 5:30am to get Day 3 done. It did feel a bit easier today and I can walk without saying "ouch, ouch, ouch"
I watched Biggest Loser after watching Fat Attack. Amazing weight losses :-0

I am suffering today with my knee I dont think marching & jogging on the spot and doing lunges is helping my knee it woke me up a few times aching last night and this morning it is really sore :( I know I have to do it to build up my legs but maybe I'll skip the aerobics bit for a couple of days and stick to core only. To say I'm sad at how bad my right hip/knee is is an understatement. It feels so unfair that I am yet again suffering with an injury when I do try to do the right thing. But I'll perservere and see how it goes I wont be beaten ;)

Great news on day 3 GM, and that you can walk normally without squealing, lol

Take it easy geordiegirl, it sounds like sticking to core would be a good idea for now and I hope your joints feel better soon. Have you tried water aerobics/running? It might help with strengthening legs without much joint pressure, hardly a front room activity mind you!

Thats day 2 for me at level 1. I think its the shoulder stuff that's worst for me, they really burn afterwards, I have no upper body strength at all . . . . weak, like kitten.

Do I stick to level 1 for 10 days then up it a level? Still working from youtube here and that seems to be the gist.

Day 3 done this morning. Think it was easier so might do it in the mornings instead of at night. can feel my abs when I sneeze at least this shows its working I suppose.

keep up the good work everyone it will be worth it x

'fraid I didn't do any core tonight :( never stopped and my knee is so sore today that I thought I'd stick with a few stretches instead. Have been and bought a kettle bell though :)

I'm hoping the pains I have in my arms glutes & abs shows its working too ;) no pain no gain....

Be careful with your knee GG - you don't want permanent damage. Can you do kettle belling sitting down?
Well done kaiser and slowloris. I have no upper body strength, or abs. Yet :-)

GG, hope your knee is easing. Stretching sounds like an excellent plan. Is there anyone that you could run these exercises by and check for suitability and get adaptations? Your physio maybe? Such vulnerable things, knees. I second GM, don't want you hurting yourself :-( x

Day 4 done. Got to admit that I wasn't exactly enthusiastic to do it but once I got started it was fine. It helps when you just know the routine. I found the press ups easier with a cushion under my knees to just support them. Unbelievably thinking that I might be able to keep with the plan and look at level 2 at the end of 10 days. Exciting!

Knee is loads better today as is hip I can almost walk normally what a relief :) not sure what is working but glad its helping. Got session with work Physio next weds so hopefully she can keep me right.

Thanks for the concern I do tend to beat myself up & ignore doing the right thing but this time the fizz has scared me enough to try to fix the problem fingers x'd

I'll do some core tonight before going to the quiz :) happy day 5
