Had a great run with the girls at work yesterday FRU - so glad I'm back out there. Feels as if I may even keep it up this time.

Long run today and I am battered, really not capable of doing another 20mins high impact so I'm postponing day 5 til tomorrow. I think I will be doing some surreptitious stretching tonight at work though, the shred has made it abundently clear I've been neglecting them!

first one done and oh how unfit am I may have to sleep on the sofa tonight, just incase I can't get back downstairs to do the 2nd day :-). Think my hand weights are a little too heavy. Asda have some lighter ones which I may have to invest in. Well done to those getting out running too.

I manged to get up and down stairs with a good achey feeling this morning..bring on day 2 . (starting with cold so may be a little more laboured)

Well done MeLAR! First couple of days seem the toughest but it does get easier, or at least more do-able with practice. Did day 5 last night and going to move up from 1kg to 1.5kg weights tonight.

Blimey that is bloody great! I FINALLY got my way and got it on - boys been on the darn eggsbox ALL morning.. anyhow after a run and sorting the garden out I managed to sneak it on.. not alone for long - me and two over excited kids maanged the first one. She is good!
I used fairly light weights, think that was wise!!

Day 5 done! It's surprisingly good fun isn't it FRU and short enough to not get boring or discouraging. I'm looking forward to level 2 now but I'm not going to try it before finishing this level as I definitely need more work on my shoulders.

Day 2 done and feel the striffness in the muscles. All good though. Stuggle with weights the best of times so will no doubt keep with the light weights throughout. Well done on getting the DVD on FRU. I endend up going to my neighbours (her first day) to do it for the same reasons

We've got to be realistic about our committment to 30 days. If we're doing other exercise, sometimes Shred will have to wait another day. I like that if I'm not running then I do Shred to ensure I'm doing something each day - and I'll do both if I feel like it.
