I've been a bit meh this week - so after the first day I hadnt managed again - however have just done it tonight and hopefully will shake myself out of my grump!

Oh i LOVE it.. managed to stagger out a bit earlier this morning and run then Shred.. how smug do I feel!
It is such a cool workout.. level 1 that is! LOL.. think I am too scared to look at the others!
I think I will probably aim to Shred 3 times a week, perhaps 4 if the boys really really want to do it again at the weekend. It's perfect - not too long to get bored, she's not too irritating and blimey it does make you work!

Yeah! Another vote here for Shred. It's short enough to not cause problems with my back. But I feel like I've had a proper work-out, something I've not been able to do for a long time.
I'm only on Day 2 but hopefully I'll be able to stick with it for 30 days.

Whew, shred done followed by a run. Lesson learned, I am not fit enough to shred THEN run! FRU you're a lot fitter than me to manage both consecutively. Kudos!

I agree with Treacle.. much easier after a run, and I am going to add it after lower mileage run, so 3-4miles is a good "warm up" (Lol is that sick?!) and then i find like Treacle I have something left - I dont run that fast, this is in aid of trying to shift the remaining weight and hopefully get some speed finally.. cant see me ever being Zola Bud though

just as a little add on - when I have been making the coffee at work today - been doing squats whilst waiting on the kettle boiling and when I went in to make my soup - 3 x 30 squats so far. i am hoping to appease the guilt for missing out the days at the end of last week - and hope this will still mean I can move up to level 2 after the original planned 10 days!
