Sounds like proper sleep and rest up and plenty fluids and VitC - do I sound like a Dr?!!

Arrgghh

Ref Me, one good thing (although bad at times) is I have a condition which means I already keep an eye on "signs" of overworking myself. It's very easy to do without thinking about it at times. Had a magic sleep last night though - 8:30pm to 7:10am! Lovely jubely!

Did a mile and shred this am... love it

Well well well well.. it is down to three things... fat club tonight at 3.5lb off.

1. Back to proper running after being poorly pre christmas and the usual laze fest of christmas itself
2. getting food back on track
3 SHREDDING!!

I am so so sure that adding shred is just the kick up the pants my fat club needed :-)

Well done FRU - fab weight loss! I have completed Day 4 and lost 1lb this week and am hoping that by next week the Shred will have had a bigger impact. Today was tough though, my shoulders and calf muscles ache somewhat!

I was chuffed.. to be fair I have probably for the first week in a long time been more "to plan" - but I am sure the shred is helping. I had "invented" (not sure what her ladyship would make of my effort LOL!) a short muscle and strech thingy doo dahh I was doing which means I can cope with most of the strength - BUT no way on the press up's.. I had to stop after 5 today and my 5 were weedy efforts I can tell you ;-), then the one that really kills me is the one where your streching side to side and bring up your arms.. YIKES! :-) (wishes we has a symbol for spinny eyes and wonky mouth for that!)

However.. thank you gimmeb for starting this, what a find!

Wait till we're all level 3's! Ha!! We'll be like the pink ladies and "rule this school"

Ha ha ha - level 3 - ha ha ha.... Having said that I AM going to have a look at level 2 tomorrow to see if I should start it on Sat. I am with you FRU on the side lunges with bicep curl doodahs - owwwww! I keep having to chuck the weights on the sofa and carry on lunging without them because otherwise it HURTS. The achey muscles do make it feel a bit relentless but I really, really want to see a difference so will keep going and keep pushing hard :-)

LOL try the tins of "light" soup instead of weights.. might as well have no weights but it makes me larf.. looking over now I can see the purple "b****rd" weights, the pink "sensible" wieghts and my two tins of three bean "light" soup! Ha!

ROLF - level 3.. I think we all deserve bubbles when we reach that bugger!

I really really really want to "look" at level 2 too.. not sure I can go there yet

might give level 2 a try over the weekend. i swapped my tins of pineapple for tins of rice pudding -they are much heavier!

Just looked to see how heavy my weights are - 1kg each - no wonder it hurts but no pain no gain!

I love it.. honest to god, honestly - I DO think that the lentil soup tin is lighter than the 3 bean.. both 500g! LOL!

I dont know what the purple or the pink are.. must invest in some new one's!
