Yay, well done TT - I was worried that I am billy no-mates with Shredding! I am about to do Day 9 but am going back to level 1 just for today as my muscles ache - a lot - after a full effort with level 2 yesterday. I will do Shred and then will be going for a cold and frosty 4 mile run

Oh nooo, what a bugger MeLAR My ankles are really hurting this morning, not sure which exercise is causing that! Have just done level 1 - it was considerably easier than level 2! Back to level 2 tomorrow though.

Final day of level 1 today and first day of level 2 tomorrow, handily tomorrow's a rest day so I can give it the beans and not have to worry bout dying on my feet halfway through bug herding. I still really struggle on my run if I've Shredded first unless I can give it a few hours between.
Sorry to hear you're suffering MeLAR, you seem to have had a run of bad luck. Hope the doc can put you on the mend again.

FRU (KeepTheFaith)
I keep hearing these two words "level two" - OMG it is calling!!! His nibs is even tempted... might talk him into it tonight is actually brill that he's found it good, is much cheaper than gym membership and having him to do it with keeps the motivation
My running is deffo improving because of it - although I was so downhearted this morning when I got to the bottom of my "hill reps" hill after first rep and was feelign all smug.. and then just as I was about to go up 2nd time up scorched the Army Run Gang -
LOL.. I was so temped to shout "bloody show offs" lol!

Lol FRU - Do it!!! It keeps it interesting but it IS harder! I am amazed at myself because I wake up in the morning and look forward to my 20 mins of Shred! I just want to be able fast forward to Day 30 to see if my body will have changed by then! My intention is to carry on every day until my holiday and pick it up again when I get back - I may well try a couple of her other DVD's after I have completed this one properly.

Well done slowloris - it does get easier! Day 10 today and I can honestly say I am starting to see a bit of difference - my tummy is looking a little less flabby. I did level 1 and level 2 this morning and it was TOUGH!
Are you Shredding today Star x? Every day makes a difference
