me too for inspiring - tho not taking a photo just now as I have pre-TOTM bloating so it would be mis-represented

Majorly impressed... and level 3 to book Bennifer!!
Ref the question of Shred and Mara training I would agree you just need to work out how it works best for you... I definatley know that the Shred style of circuit training is brilliant for my running.. gives me that ability to push hard when without anything other than running I wouldnt have that same strength. Also because I am wanting to change my running to fell (when I can) and cross country or off road I felt I needed more leg strengh - this is much much more enjoyable than going to the gym - if I ever have gone to the gym I have got bored after about 3 sesions, this is easy to fit in and achieves far better results
I am off for a run in a mo and then level 2 again - think I will have to stick with that for a good few days before trying 3.. and then mixing them up I guess is the way ahead

level 2 done again today... what I really love is the fact it kills! I cant do much of the squat thrusty things.. but progress will be made!

Well done FRU - I reckon there is something wrong with us! I love the fact it kills too which is why I went straight to level 3 this morning despite *everything* aching like mad from yesterday. Needless to say it was hard but brilliant and I feel SO much better now! I have to say I am happy to leave level 2 behind, I never warmed to it. Level 3 is fantastic and I already love it.

morning - well after getting all kitted out to go for a run - I took my wee one to school and realised it is slippier than a slippy thing outside! will hold off the run until it warms up a bit and melts some of that ice - so instead will do shred.
I took pics of my belly to see how it would look to me first - it is huge - it looked like a preggy belly. I know its due to TOTM - but still it looked like someone else's body.
