Lurgy Bennifer - and dont you just HATE that!! I am not good at caving into lurgy - hope the extra fuel will help you fight it off quick!
I had a stab at Level 2 followed by Level 1 last night - enjoyed it - I did Level 2 with the 3ks and then dropped back to the 1.5's for level1 - sort of odd going tough to easy but I figured it's all a good way of building more strength. My run this morning didnt seem unduly affected so may well do that a bit more often
Weight in tomorrow.. last week I stayed the same so be interested to see if anything has dropped off thsi week - whilst I really want to loose at least another stone my body has been playing tricks with me for months - I may end up having to accept the weight I am but shred to leaness!!

Still don't know how you do it with 3kg weights!! I am absolutely with you on that last bit - am in a vile mood today and all because the scales refuse to go the right way for me - part of doing the shred is to accept the weight I am now but change my shape to be less flabby - am working on both but the acceptance of the number on the sales is taking a little longer than the toning...

I refuse to give up thinking I cant shift that last stone.. there is some work for me to do regards honesty in what I eat over the week but I get days when I am just genuinley starving if I dont eat enough to support running/training so it's a bloody tricky game all round.
I think I will have to come to an acceptance point - as much as I stubbornly refuse to!
Sounds like a bit of a lurgy lurking for you.. no wonder the moods dropped.. mine would too!!
I think because I was doing some "faffage" with the 3kgs in the 3 months before Chirstmas that has helped

My local gym has stopped the body pump class I go to, and I'm struggling to find another class time which suits.
I'm really missing strength training; this looks like it could be good alternative.
Does it need to be done everyday, or would once or twice a week suffice?

If you ask me - we've just had a convo here - upshot is we think we work much harder than we would in the gym.. bonus is you can start on light weights and STILL see a big improvement and then you can work up - 25mins of proper working - if you did it 3 x a week I still tihnk you would be very happy
Gimmemedals has started a revolution in my eyes!
