This one is a bit better - I am actually shocked by how much definition there is after less than 2 weeks! My shoulders and arms are much more toned and deined as well. It makes it all worth it!

OMG Level 3- I repeat OMG! I decided I would do level 1 (with Natalie) followed by a trial run of level 3 (with Anita) this morning, it was a good comparison. Level 1 no longer makes me sweat and hurt - level 3 does! I did a little dance for joy when level 3 finished but do you know what? I feel great!

Hi Shredders!,

I'm new to Fetch and also have just bought this DVD and ready to go. Will it help or hinder my marathon training would you say?i can leave it a few hours between shredding and running

I havent done both on the same day - but those that have, have found that its easier to run first and then come home and shred (if I remember it rightly!)

welcome to fetch :-)

I nearly always Shred first! I find it really tough to do it after a run but find I run faster if I have shredded that morning. I guess it just depends on how it all fits into your day? I get up and do the DVD first thing and then run about an hour later (after school drop off). On Thursdays I run at 6am but then can't shred until 12.30ish and I find that *really* tough. I can honestly say that it has improved my fitness so much and has made running feel much easier and faster and it has only been 2 weeks! I am determined to Shred every day for 30 days.
