BrianJ Took it easy for 7 miles as still have a bit of a cold, but felt OK and put more effort in the last three. So was surprised to see I'd done a course PB. Conditions were very good though a bit breezy in places. Splits 10.12,11.04 (uphill),10.24,10.21,10.00,10.13,9.49,9.55,9.35,9.10, and 0.25
