Heart rate on watch has been playing up in the gym and seems to be lower than actual although runs have always been good until today. I definitely don’t have anything below 160 when I’m running fairly hard!

Started mid pack and had to do lots of weaving in mile 1 but maybe the slower start was better. Mile 3 was a total slog as I can see from high heart rate, but pleased I wasn’t getting slower.
