Excellent running Sweetie, it's great seeing improvement in people and I hope regular miles will help folks improve further.

Well done Sweetie.

Last week club were doing a pyramid track session which I always enjoy so did that instead of the mile attempt but plan is to do it tomorrow night. Will go along to track and do my own thing.

not sure if I will get an attempt this month
I had planned Saturday on the dead flat straight path around the lake at Outlaw but forgot that they have the kids doing a tri in the afternoon so I may not get the space!
so I may have to try to be organised enough for Friday!

If I can pack (aka empty all kit into car!) with minimal time wastage I should be OK so fingers crossed!

About This Thread

Maintained by Fenland Flier
For encouragement and general chat about the virtual mile challenges.

It's not easy pacing a mile race whether it's virtual or real, be it on track, road, grass or trail. Go out too hard initially and struggle towards the end, go out too soft and regret your finish time.

Use this thread to record your jubilation or allow us to commiserate with you.
