I spotted the Hill and Trig Collector game today and signed up. I was taking a look over the local maps when I noticed that I had already collected one site while sitting in front of my laptop! My Garmin must have logged into GPS and transmitted the info back.

When you sign up, it puts your entire log into the game to get you started. Presumably these are points that you have visited at some point?

I've just found this game . I don't usually do any of these as I tend to run these days in a quite limited area (coast and woodland ) . However i've noticed Roker lighthouse is listed and I swam to it last week .

Thats the first time to my knowledge I've swam to a trig point :-) .

This pleases me no end for some reason :-)

I signed up a couple of weeks' ago and had to do a manual claim for a recent run I did as I was still recording logs manually. Since syncing my Garmin with Fetch, I noticed that another point on a previous run did not get retrospectively counted, so I have had to manually claim that one as well.

Hopefully, that will be the last of the manual claims!
