Thanks@Fenland Flier . Hopefully by quite a bit this year as I'm sure of lots of room for improvement. Not getting too carried away but I do have my eye on that 7 min barrier 😀

Good luck aiming for the 7 minute mile. That's something I need to aim for I think.

It's not easy pacing a mile race whether it's virtual or real, be it on track, road, grass or trail. Go out too hard initially and struggle towards the end, go out too soft and regret your finish time.
