Almost took best mile on training (13:27) but felt good this morning so did a mile in 11:01!
Think my best this year is 10:50? so pleased with that.
Now I have a good time to beat!

Wezza
Put in an effort this evening (8.07) in not ideal conditions but very happy with that. Quickest for a few months.

If you're happy with the result @Wezza that's the main thing. Sounds like a great result anyway if conditions weren't ideal and it's your fastest for a while. Well done and hopefully better to follow.

About This Thread

Maintained by Fenland Flier
For encouragement and general chat about the virtual mile challenges.

It's not easy pacing a mile race whether it's virtual or real, be it on track, road, grass or trail. Go out too hard initially and struggle towards the end, go out too soft and regret your finish time.

Use this thread to record your jubilation or allow us to commiserate with you.
