I did Roundhay - ups and downs again like last week at Temple Newsam. Have now done my 20th different parkrun 😊

Change of plan for this morning and we NENDYed at Denton Dene rather than doing Leazes. I knocked 29 secs off my all-time PB so pretty pleased with that! A few inclines on the course but not as bad as people had told me.

Isabel Trail is gorgeous and should have been my fastest time of the year (currently 24.19) but legs a little mardy from a double day on Thursday.

24.21, happy with that. A lovely place to run.

One of our regulars will be doing his 500th at Mile End next weekend.
Seems like 500s are a bit like buses - nothing for 11 years, then 2 come along in a few weeks :D

Ran my 342nd today, 64th at Broadwater (my local event). Got my 5th fastest all time, just 2s off my event PB. Last week at Southwick was my 40th event, aiming for 50 by the time I turn 50 in the middle of next year.

We had a very low key 500th at Aviemore's 250th. Only noticed it in the results.

I went and ran round the river three times and did a loop of the half constructed new path round the boating pond.... ooooo, it's going to be so nice when it is done! So fake parkrun for me. I wasn't entirely alone but I think most people I saw were taking the opportunity to be more creative with their route choice. 😆
