Nice little jog around Stratford upon Avon parkrun withndellar and Jason followed by coffee and a good chat. I did some extra miles as well so all in all a good Saturday morning.

Double Parkrun weekend imminent for me, probably Lanark Moor on Saturday & volunteering at Stirling Junior on Sunday.

Our neighbours are taking their wee lassie to her first junior Parkrun & my wife is running with her. Both parents arenae up to it!

Fastest parkrun in 4 years 5 months :-) Totally unexpected. I did catch a flat, but usually breezy, course on a completely calm day (Strathclyde). Nine minutes faster than parkrun a fortnight ago.

(Although ... maybe it's the shoes? In which case, a ringing endorsement for Saucony Endorphin Speed. Even better than those new Adidas ones ;-) )
