Conkers for me this Saturday. Girlfriend's birthday on Sunday and she wanted to pick our parkrun this weekend. I think she likes the name more than anything. 😆

pacer tip. the parkrun is unlikely to be 5km long exactly on your watch. Have a bit of a buffer so when you are 300m or so out from the finish you can speed up/slow down.

The other thing I do is put lap pace on my watch and try and hit each Km at the average pace needed to run. If i'm quicker then keep a track of the seconds in the bank so you can slow the following Km.
