Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Wanted me to do a hours worth of long running at bit over 10 min mile pace.

I did a 10 mile race a bit faster than last year in 1:36 and now i have to recover for 88 hours as punishment ;)

For me. Status today.....

Body Battery - 49 now and was 74 when I first got up. "Your body battery is down 24 points since you got up. You still have good energy levels to take on a project or activity today."
VO2 max - superior 45 ("fitness is declining"😲)
Training status - "unproductive" - Anaerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 828
Sleep Score - fair 79 for 7h 26m "continuous sleep"
HR - resting - 47
Today's training suggestion - base 10:40/mi 42:00. Well I ran for longer but was slower do that obviously didn't count! 😉😂

The gadget appears to disapprove of my blood donation yesterday. BB 60 this morning (unusually low for me), poor sleep and a new PW for HRV.

Then eL Bee! showed me his almost identical numbers 🤣

Bit of a switch in what the Garmin has to say today.

Body Battery - 40 now and was 90 when I first got up. "Your body battery is down 50 points since you got up. If you have exercise planned, allow plenty of time for recharging."
VO2 max - superior 45
Training status - "productive" - Anaerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 1,071
Sleep Score - fair 79 for 6h 54m "plenty of deep sleep"
HR - resting - 46
Today's training suggestion - 10:45/mi 45:00. Opted for parkrun instead.

BB - 51. When I woke up it was 22 and have been in bed most of the day

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
