I've been productive again since the weekend. For the first time ever, Garmin is not complaining about unbalanced training. I got rid of the anaerobic shortage and it stopped bugging me about doing more high intensity stuff. It says that my focus is low aerobic and I'm good with that.

Mine is down to 25 now. That's a bit lower than it has been for a while.

I got a new training status from Garmin. After going from low aerobic focus I'm now at exceeding goals because my training load has been steadily increasing for the past 4 weeks due to marathon training. Normally, it would adjust the load target zone upwards but it doesn't do that for some reason. In runalyze, however, it happens automatically so no complaints from there. Runalyze gets fed with all my Garmin data so it's interesting to see what both platforms do with it.

By Tuesday my Garmin had forgotten that I'd run a marathon on Sunday, and yesterday and today it's told me to do VO2max sessions. Muppet muppet

For me. Status today.....

Body Battery - 42 now and was 60 when I first got up. "Your body battery increased 46 points while you slept. Try to keep stress low and relax today to charge your battery."
VO2 max - superior 46
Training status - "Maintaining" - Anaerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 734
Sleep Score - good 81 for 8h 6m "continuous sleep"
HR - resting - 47
Today's training suggestion - rest. Oops! πŸ™„πŸ˜‚

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
