I do that EP, but I'd like the BB and sleep graphs over-laid on the hormone fluctuation graph.

It may be a project to do if I am ever laid up injured or something!

Have you looked on the website to see if you can overlay on there?

Finally a change in what my Garmin has to say. It had been not giving any status while on holiday and then switched to "unproductive" for the first week I got back. Now....

Body Battery - 37 now and was 78 when I first got up. "Your body battery is down 12 points overall since noon. If you have activity planned, give yourself time to relax and recharge"
VO2 max - superior 46
Training status - "Productive" - High Aerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 722
Sleep Score - fair 68 for 6h 39m "Not enough REM"
HR - resting - 47
Today's training suggestion- "Base 10:35/mi 36:00" Well I wasn't that quick but I did run at least! And Garmin says I'm Productive!!! it won't last!

I'd be interested in seeing RHR, sleep and hormonal cycle in one graph, too, cackleberry. I can overlay some graphs of a training session in the app but I haven't found anything to make that happen.

Also, I no longer get daily suggestions in my calendar on the FR745. I'm currently not doing a training plan so I should see them. I can hit the start button once and search in the running profile setttings. When I go to training - workouts, I can look for the daily suggestion - sometimes it's there, sometimes it isn't. Sometimes, it tells me to rest. Does anyone know how to get it back to appear in the calendar on the watch? My watch also used to suggest a run when I started the running profile but it doesn't do that anymore.

I don't, tipsku. I have to find my daily suggestion in the menu as you mentioned. I don't know how to reset it

Still maintaining.

Garmin wants me to do lots of thresholdy stuff this week, but I'm ignoring it.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
