Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Garmin seems to think training readiness is high, so I’m going to take its word for it and go for a jog

Back to maintaining, I don’t know whether I have the energy or the joints to do as much high aerobic as it wants me to to stay productive

My Garmin has withdrawn some of its approval because I didn't run or cycle yesterday.

I don't have training readiness either. But it quotes me 40min at 10.40mm for today. Might do a bit more than that.

I’m back to productive again :)

Today’s suggestion was rest - it doesn’t understand Fetch mileage targets ;)

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!
