Thanks, @MudMeanderer , very informative.

I do get similar data from Runalyze, I just haven't bothered paying it much attention since I stopped doing races a couple of years ago. Even so, I should make sure I don't overdo it.

Just been out for my first run in nearly two weeks because I've had a dreadful cold and chesty cough. In that time I've apparently aged 4.5 years in Fitness Years.

They say that completing an Ironman ages you 10 years (until you recover!) maybe garmin using a similar algorithm 🤷‍♀️

According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
