Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I have had the lurgy for a couple of days but my RHR dropped last night to 44 from 48 and 49 the previous days. 44 is getting close to normal. So I assume that I'm recovering. Garmin recognised this and gave me 'recovery' status. So far, it hasn't dropped my newly gained VO2 max of 53 after the 5k race last Sunday. I wonder how long it lets me recover before it tells me I'm unproductive or detraining.

Mine has decided I’m strained again.
Had been nicely balanced for about a month and then yesterday dropped straight to low.
If it’s like last time, I assume HRV will stay low for a while and then all will be balanced again and I will be otherwise unaware of anything.

Daily suggestion is a 1 hr 50 long run.

Yep, I’ve been promoted to unbalanced and maintaining too.

I’ve also given up trying to do what it says, I want to be told what to do and have a nice workout on my watch to follow - but it never chooses the right day/weather for anything

Just a quickie - anyone else having HR issues from the wrist thingy as it's cold? My HR was reading at around 50 until about half way through a five mile walk the other day - you can see on the reading where it finally made a decent connection as it goes up to a more normal reading.... it's just logged a walk at being an average HR of 60 too......

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
