I got a Productive today! There's a lot of it about! I also packed 11 hours sleep into 9 hours.

Mine told me to rest again, housework and moving stuff as active recovery will have to do.

My Productive was confiscated and replaced with Maintaining and a telling off for doing too much when I uploaded a 45 minute ride on the turbo trainer. If I could be bothered pedalling indoors for half an hour a day I could mess with its head, but that's not one of my training objectives.

According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
