Mine went to Productive after it thought I did a 10.5 mile run at VO2 Max, after the heart rate went doolally after I stopped for a wee. No way were the last 7 miles over 170bpm - it was a long run!

Body Battery - 44 now and was 70 when I first got up. "Your body battery is down 26 points since you woke up. If you have exercise planned, allow plenty of time for recharging."
VO2 max - superior 47
Training status - Maintaining - High Aerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 732
Sleep Score - fair 71 for 7h 32m "Not enough REM"
HR - resting - 47
Today's training suggestion- "Base 10:20/mi 45:00" Well I wasn't that quick but I did run at least!

Mine was quite impressed with my parkrun yesterday. When it gave me the regular 9pm report it's started producing, it praised me for doing strenuous exercise and didn't recommend yoga and meditation like it usually does.

Would be nice if it could pick up my zwifting (doesn't appear on strava fitness/freshness either) but i guess it's because there is no HR connection as thats normally via my Garmin.

Did think i had a nap this morning mind which is not true i was merely in bed for a hour or two before actually getting up and going downstairs for coffee. Never done that before despite doing similar since nap tracking appeared.

Also seems to tell me when my body battery changes during the day if i have been at rest. That was several meetings end last week :p I was awake in all of them for the record ;)

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
