Since the race last Saturday, I'm back being productive but my load is too high, it says. If I keep within the limits of optimal training load, I am maintaining. Garmin, if you want me to improve, you have to let me train more. I hope it realises that I'm starting a marathon training plan and sets my limits higher.

RHR was down to 42 this morning, the lowest it has been for a while.

Sleep was really good, 89,a bit too short with 6:24 hours but it was uninterrupted and balanced between the different phases.

I'm going to go out for a nice hour of easy running while the sun is still out.

my Garmin has done the unbalanced high thing this morning, wonder how long it will last this time?

maintaining, training readiness moderate
new sleep coach thing says I need 20 mins less tonight as yesterday was a good sleep - don't think that's how it works is it?

I've got an "unbalanced" high HRV again today too. And yesterday morning I got a rare "you've done good resting and your recovery time has been shortened".

Part time working means that I am recovering better
My body battery starts to increase once home and rarely drops below 15 now whereas before it often was between 5 and 10 when I went to bed

Walking doesn’t count!
It takes the status from training over a rolling 2 weeks so you won’t see a change for a bit I think

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
